Internet safety is covered in a range of ways within school:

• As part of the children's regular computing sessions issues surrounding internet safety are planned into the lesson sequence, they will also occur naturally though the discussions that are held
• This year we are starting an explicit series of lessons on internet safety taken from the 'Be Internet Legends' scheme of work published by Google
• Safer internet day is marked with an assembly and follow-up activities in class focused on the years theme
• Additional circle times or discussions as required when opportunities present themselves throughout the year
